Costing Done

I have finished my powerpoint with ever bit of costing I could think off.
I am now finishing off my Recce report with the evaluation of the equpiment and the place's to go.

Pie Charts

I don't know what Microsoft did to their pie chart system on excel, but its the hardest thing i've ever tried to use. Animating makes more sense than that!
It took me an hour to get a pie chart with the data I wanted in it! What a joke! Its the worse wizard in history, you can't edit anything!! You can't even make your own simple pie chart!
What were they thinking! Stupid humans.
anyway I have made it now... yay.
Now i have to do more costing and try and get another chart. its not going to be a fun day.

Progess

I haven't done much more for this unit at the moment, I have been working on the other one. I found all the information I need for prices, i had already started putting stuff in, spent a few hours doing it, then the teacher decided to change what we have to find out prices for, which is really damn annoying, has absolutely nothing to do with what I was looking up, or how it was explained.

Costing

I've done most of my Recce report and finished my risk assesment
All thats really left to do for it is the research for how much things cost.
I have looked at websites and found the ones that I need all I need to do now is look through what I have found and make it into a report.
I did start this in Excel and I have cost up the cost of programs and I still need to do the people to hire and finally will be the equipment, I haven't worked out though if i'm going to include the cost of getting PC's and how many I would need.
I'm either having my own business with a small office (about 5 PC's) and whether I already own these... or not. And then the cost of having 4 permanent people and if i need it getting some freelancers that would have to work on there own system because I don't have enough.
Yeah so theres still alot left to do and there is a lot of cost.

Trip

Was the worst and most unorganised trip i've ever been on. And it was freezing.
But i got some refernece pictures of Bodium castle and the caves. Which i've alrady used and completed my Recce report. I've also made risk assesments for them both. The ohnly thing left for the report is to include some measurements and then the summary and evaluation of the places.
But before i get onto that final part I will be doing some research onto how many staff I need and how much stuff would cost to do.
So for your reference my pretend piece i'm doing is for a cutscene.
I'm not very keen on using the blog to keep my recordings but it is the easiest way to keep track of dates.
So next I will start researching how much it would cost to do a 30 second cutscene for inside a game.

Recieved Brief

Going to do a little research on the castle etc, before we go on the trip and include comparison sites to visit. Then I will update this once we've had the trip on Thursday.
